This chair based sessions will help to improve your strength, stamina and endurance. Working with Resistance can reverse some of the signs of ageing! It can prevent muscle loss, increase bone density and address muscle imbalances in the body which will help to improve your posture. Working with weights can even improve the plasticity of your brain and your resilience! This class uses a resistance band or small weights. However, it can be completed without these if you prefer not to use them and would like to work at a slower pace.
