Moving to Music is fantastic and one of our favourite ways to exercise! Music not only evokes memories and symbols but can help you to improve your mobility: we will teach you to move to a rhythm with a series of very gentle and safe exercise routines to music. This will help to improv your co-ordination as well as promoting brain activity. All movements are very gentle and your instructor will talk you through them so they can be carried out in a safe way with a range of options. Your confidence in your ability to move safely, your balance and co-ordination will also improve throughout the course as you are set a small challenge in each class. As you start to enjoy moving to music this will also help to boost endorphins- a feel good hormone in the body that reduces stress and helps you to feel good:) Following this course-why not try a chair based functional fit or chair based yoga.
