Our feet are a very important part of the bod-they help us to balance and support our body weight while we move. They consist of many bones, joints and ligaments so their make up is quite complex- when they are affected by arthritis they can be very sore and painful to move. Arthritis can wear away at the cartilage of a joint which is a protective material that cushions the bones. This can cause inflammation of the joint and the synovial lining....Weakness in your feet can make it hard and painful to walk. This short session will strengthen muscles and flexibility of the feet and improve their general mobility.
