your toes tapping and put a spring in your step! We have developed the session to help improve your mobility, flexibility and co-ordination. It is a lot of fun and features some fantastic music feel free to sing along! We sometimes use props such as pom poms and balls but sent worry if you don't have these as you can manage without. Make sure that you use a chair that does not move when you move-if you need to ask a relative to push your chair against the wall so it is stable and safe. Let us know how you get on xxx
